Why 12 kW
Fast on thick plate, where it counts
At 12 kW, plate from 10 mm to 30 mm cuts several times faster than on the 3–6 kW machines common in local job shops. That means shorter lead times on heavy parts.
Mild steel plate is cut with oxygen. Stainless steel, aluminium, copper and brass are cut with high-pressure nitrogen for clean, bright, oxide-free edges. The shuttle table loads the next plate while the current one is cut, so the laser keeps working.

Metals and thickness ranges
Copper and brass reflect laser light strongly, so they are cut with parameters set specially for reflective metals. Confirm grade and thickness with us for anything near the top of a range.
