Programming and nesting
Parts are programmed on CAM software and nested to get the most from every plate.

Laser cutting
Plates are loaded by crane onto the shuttle table and cut on the 12 kW fiber laser. While one plate is cut, the next is loaded.
- Oxygen for mild steel; nitrogen for stainless, aluminium, copper and brass

Inspection
The first part of every new drawing is checked against the drawing before the run continues, with checks during the run.
